Design a tool to allow those with reduced hand dexterity or strength to cut their own food up at dinner times.

The final product uses a scotch yoke mechanism and a gear box to convert the motion from an off the shelf motor into a linear cutting action. It can be mass manufactured using existing techniques and materials.
